The TLK compensation for dental prosthetics is a state-funded financial support program for patients who require dental prosthetic treatment. Through this program, the costs of such services are partially or fully covered by the Territorial Health Insurance Fund (TLK).
This system ensures that certain groups of residents — seniors, children, people with disabilities, and patients recovering from oncological diseases — can restore their dental function and smile without facing significant financial difficulties.
The compensated amount is transferred directly to the treatment facility, meaning patients do not have to pay for prosthetic services in advance or handle additional paperwork.

To make use of TLK-compensated dental prosthetic services:

The TLK dental prosthetics compensation is not granted for an unlimited period.
From the day your healthcare provider registers you in the system, you have three years to use the compensated dental prosthetic services.
If, for any reason, you do not complete your dental treatment within this time, the process will need to start over — you’ll have to visit your dentist again and obtain a new registration.
After using TLK compensation, you can apply for it again three years after the last compensation date.
Exceptions:
The Territorial Health Insurance Fund covers dental prosthetic expenses up to the following maximum amounts:

At Lyso – Dentapolis, TLK compensates for the following service:
TLK compensates up to 670.39 €, and in complex cases – up to 2,062.70 €.
If the lower jaw is edentulous or if tooth extractions are planned, a medical council may be organized to grant the right to a higher compensation.
The right to receive compensation is granted to:
seniors;
people with disabilities;
children under 18 years of age;
patients who have undergone treatment for oral, facial, or jaw oncological diseases.
The patient first contacts their dentist at their registered medical institution.
The dentist evaluates the condition of the oral cavity, prepares a treatment plan, and if the patient meets TLK criteria, registers them in the system.
After registration, the patient can choose any clinic that has a contract with the TLK.
No, you don’t need to fill out any application — the medical institution handles the registration process.
The only document required is a valid personal identification document.
From the date of registration in the TLK system, the clinic must be chosen within 3 months.
If this period is exceeded, a new registration must be made.
After using TLK compensation once, it can be granted again after 3 years.
An exception applies to children under 18 years of age and patients after oncological treatment — they may receive compensation earlier.
Our goal is to provide friendly and caring dental care, offering general, aesthetic, and specialized services of the highest quality.
